Serving Others in the Community: MEAC has let us know it doesn’t currently need any volunteers. On Saturday, April 12th, parents and youth are invited to serve someone in our church community. Details are still being worked out. We hope to start at 10:00AM or 11:00AM and end by 1:00PM or 2:00PM. The location will be in the area. Pizza will be provided for lunch. Permission and release forms can be found on the Youth Ministry website.
Stressed Out?: Exercise and prayer are important tools to practice if you want a balanced life. Come do both in an active session on Wednesday, April 23rd, from 7:00PM-8:30PM, where prayer and exercise collide. All incoming Freshman (current 8th grade) and current Freshman, Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors are invited. No membership fees!
Save the Date: Do you like adventure? The outdoors? Who was Pier Gior Frassati? Current 8th grade and high school students are invited to experience the outdoors together on Saturday, May 17th, in what will be an exciting canoeing adventure to start the summer. If this sounds like something you want to do, let [email protected] know as soon as possible to help our team prepare.
Pray Like a Champion: Prayer is one of the main things we should be doing during Lent. Have you been taking time to pray this Lent?
